Oh Hello There, I am the luckiest man on earth these days. Opening a hotel has been part of my to do list for the last ten years when I started as an Accommodation Assistant in a countryside hotel of New Zealand. Time is flying by so fast. From my time in Aotearoa, I climbed the ladder passing by every step along the journey. My managerial journey started as a Restaurant Supervisor to continue as a Duty Manager in a 100-bedrooms hotel overlooking the international capital of gliding, Omarama, NZ. Freshly arrived in Ireland in 2014, I pursued my journey as an Accommodation Manager before to gain more experience in a busy Food & Beverage environment as Operations Manager. Each and every single day of my professional path I learnt to always look at the People side of the story. People rather than task. I have been lucky to work with fantastic team and genuinely brilliant Managers who empowered me and gave me the chance to develop myself. Taking every occasion to gain other qualifications, learning and implementing creatively, I am embracing each day as it comes with a large smile and a bit of fun, no harm!
