About Marc Bonora

I am the General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer for Ingenovis Health, a new force in healthcare with the purpose of building a home for healthcare talent. Amid a compounding provider shortage, Ingenovis Health and its portfolio brands are actively building ecosystems where providers can grow, thrive and deliver the best patient care. Today, I work with an incredibly talented team to guide the legal and compliance efforts for a rapidly growing healthcare talent solutions company. I am focused on corporate strategy and governance, leveraging my experiences with large, complex organizations on a broad array of business and legal decisions. I bring more than 20 years of legal experience, including positions with Envision Healthcare, Vail Resorts and the U.S. Department of Justice. Throughout my career, I’ve used my experience and training to not only advance business interests, but also to help the underserved, ranging from volunteer work with the 9/11 Commission, to stopping human trafficking in Tennessee. I recently completed my Executive MBA at the University of Colorado.
