About Marc Brazeau

Marc is a Partner in EY’s Infrastructure Advisory practice in Ottawa where he leads EY’s federal and Quebec infrastructure practices. Marc has 20 years of experience working both in the public and private sectors overseeing infrastructure, transportation and real property related files. Since joining EY in January 2016, Marc has advised a vast array of governmental clients, the majority of which at the federal or provincial levels. He has been a trusted advisor assisting entities in divesting assets, structing complex procurements, developing business cases for various types of facilities and has completed oversight and governance reviews for a number of projects or programs. Marc’s expertise is focused on managing complex infrastructure projects and overseeing large-scale procurement processes, including under a Public-Private Partnership model as well as building strong partnerships with all levels of government, Aboriginal communities, public stakeholders and private interests. Prior to joining EY, Marc had spent the previous 16 years with the Government of Canada, the majority of those serving the departments of Transport and Infrastructure.
