I founded Brightway Coaching & Consulting to partner with leaders and organizations who want to build authentic, strengths-based cultures where people thrive — in performance, purpose, and presence. At Brightway, my work integrates the science of CliftonStrengths with the transformative principles of Ontological Coaching. This blend of positive psychology and ontological methodology allows us to go beyond skills and behaviors — exploring how individuals see and relate to the world through the lenses of language, emotion, and body. The result is deeper self-awareness, sustainable growth, and more intentional leadership. With over two decades of leadership experience within the high-tech industry, I bring both strategic acumen and human insight to every engagement. I understand the realities of high-growth, high-pressure environments — and I design programs that meet leaders where they are, helping them grow into who they want to become.
