I draw on experience in investigations, therapy, and security to support people in complex and sensitive situations. Whether I’m working with clients, conducting interviews, or safeguarding historic spaces, my focus is always on understanding people and making a genuine difference. As a private sector investigator, I gather and assess evidence to help inform legal, insurance, and business decisions. I carry out interviews, reconstruct events, and write clear, focused reports. The work requires accuracy, confidentiality, and the ability to connect with people from all backgrounds. In my therapy practice, I use NLP and hypnotherapy to help individuals manage stress, build confidence, and navigate personal challenges. My approach is practical, flexible, and rooted in a strong understanding of how people think, feel, and change. Alongside this, I serve as a Relief Porter at Durham Cathedral—supporting the safety and experience of visitors and helping care for a place of deep spiritual and cultural significance. It’s a role that draws on my law enforcement background, as well as my ability to remain calm, approachable, and alert in busy or sensitive situations.
