About Marc Clinch

Proven School Facilities Planning, Design and Construction Leader. As a Chief Facilities Officer for the 10th largest school district in the State of Florida, I have led a $500M program with over 20 people. As a Program Director for the 9th largest school district in the United States and 4th largest in the State of Florida, I have led a $3B program with over 50 people. I have successfully coordinated with numerous internal and external stakeholders including key regulatory agencies while building strong rapport along the way; I value professional working relationships. My passion to improve the built environment has led to the completion of several successful Net Zero Energy, Zero Energy Ready and High Performance Building projects. My leadership in this area has resulted in several other Florida school districts and government agencies to follow the NZE, ZER and HPB path. As a retired Seabee Construction Master Chief and current Chief Facilities Officer, I understand the important of "Leadership" and continuously strive to improve my skill-set. I enjoy working with professionals in creating projects that exceed Owner expectations.
