I joined Qualtrics because we genuinely help companies close the experience gap. Incredibly, 80% of CEO's believe they offer a great customer experience, yet only 8% of customers agree. We are seeing a new type of data emerge, this is Experience data (or as we call it X data). We know companies are investing heavily in Operational data (O data) and they are doing a really good job in this space.
