About Marc Crane

As a Human Resources and Benefits Coordinator at Office Ally, I support the HR team in managing benefits, compliance, and employee relations for nearly 300 employees. I also assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, and conducting orientation sessions for new hires. With my strong communication and interpersonal skills, I strive to create a positive and inclusive work environment for all employees In addition to my HR role, I am also the President of InfuseSA, a Non-Profit that provides alternative media and educational workshops to the community. I am responsible for identifying and pursuing new opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients and partners, and creating and delivering new ventures. I leverage my HR expertise and my knowledge of the local atmosphere to offer relevant and value-adding information that meet the needs and goals of our growing community. I am passionate about helping businesses grow and succeed in a competitive and dynamic landscape. Today, my professional aim is to assist Office Ally in their broader organizational goals and objectives and to provide a positive employment experience for their employees.
