About Marc Davis

I’m a hands-on business leader who helps companies cut through complexity, focus on what truly drives results, and get everyone aligned around measurable outcomes. My approach blends operational discipline with financial clarity: Boil the business down to its essentials. Identify constraints that limit throughput or profitability. Align teams to the principle that every asset — equipment, people, capital — must produce measurable returns. Track that production and manage by the numbers. I’ve applied this method across industries — from private equity-backed ventures to technology firms and logistics operations. It works because it replaces guesswork with focus, accountability, and a clear path to improvement. Today, I lead Blue Eagle Logistics through an operational realignment that’s improving asset utilization, tightening cost controls, and building a scalable platform for the future. I also work with companies as a fractional CEO or strategic advisor, bringing a constraint-focused, numbers-driven approach to leadership transitions, operational turnarounds, and growth planning.
