With over 20 years of experience across banking technology, IT services, and digital transformation, I help organizations align their tech strategy with their core business goals. My career began in software development and architecture, where I designed and built a scalable, future-proof core banking framework using then-emerging technologies, and later led the R&D team that industrialized the solution. While I’ve since moved fully into executive leadership, this early foundation gives me a strong understanding of IT at a structural level — allowing me to ask the right questions, challenge assumptions, and assess architectural quality and feasibility in strategic contexts. I’ve served in leadership roles such as CEO of Callataÿ & Wouters, Managing Director at Sopra Banking Software, Country Director Belgium at Cegeka, and Chief Commercial Officer at NRB Group, where I led commercial and transformation initiatives across Belgium and international markets. My leadership has contributed to: • Driving multi-million euro growth in financial services software and IT services • Leading complex transformation initiatives in banking and B2B environments • Shaping go-to-market strategies and restructuring sales organizations I’m also proud to have chaired the board of AGORIA, Belgium’s federation for technology industries — a role that gave me a broader industry view and reinforced my belief in tech as a driver of societal and economic progress.
