About Marc Dedman

I represent clients in insurance coverage, domestic and international business and dispute resolution. Civil law educated in Louisiana, I have practiced the common law for over 30 years. I understand legal issues involved in business operations; however, I offer also practical experience in managing people and business. As Managing Partner of Spicer Rudstrom from 2015-2018, I oversaw 6 offices in 3 states covering miles. I managed the firm's HR, insurance, strategic planning, financial, and IT analyses. During that time, the law firm stabilized operations, expanded geographically and increased over 40% in lawyers employed. I led the firm's effort in domestic and international representation. With Barton, LLP, I am able to offer greater capability and access for my clients.
