About Marc Deiss

When I was 26, I started to feel a ceiling. Yes, even though I was young, I realized my analytic thinking, my openness to different perspectives, my strategic decision making and few other leadership skills were quite weak or even lacking. And I didn’t want that to happen, so I built a plan and made a choice: I went back to school. While working full-time, I enrolled in a part time Executive MBA program. Best decision ever made: being the youngest member of the cohort was just an amazing experience to share, learn from, work with seasoned executives. For 15+ years now, I have been professionally driven by collaborating with colleagues, building plans to overcome challenges or to meet objectives and challenging myself with high expectations. I have enjoyed many executive positions throughout my career in project management, operations execution, sales leadership, team-building and strategy. My personal and professional experiences have taught me the following about myself: I can successfully create, scale and optimize sales growth and operations execution- In the service industry, Employees Come First: the team will drive customer satisfaction and the results - I excel at the execution of big ideas with given constraints - My gut instinct is good but I seek data for my decisions I can align, lead and growth - I love to win, but supporting the team win gives me greater joy - I speak tech and exec - I tell great narratives that motivate (bilingual)- The buck always stops with me I educate, refine and drive myself to become a better person- I am constantly learning because I never settle - I stay calm when faced adversity - I focus on making high-quality decision I enjoy meeting new people and hearing new perspectives.
