I am an occupational therapy practitioner by trade. I am the founder Functional Solutions, Inc, where I have developed a wide variety of programs and services including, the management & operations of a contracted rehabilitation services; start up of an outpatient therapy clinic; consulting services for occupational injury prevention & management; and the staffing & recruiting of healthcare / medical personnel and executive placements domesticly and internationally. Most recently, I am in the developing stages of submitting a patent for an ergonomic grip handle system that can be applied to numerous manual materials handling tasks.
