I enjoy positions as General Manager, Industrial - Operations - BU Director, Site Leader. For me, it is essential to "not to suffer!" and to live this motto of Marshal Lyautey "The joy of the soul lies in action". I have now 30 years of industrial experience, which is based on 3 major complementary steps : • 18 years for Tier 1 automotive equipment manufacturers of anti-vibration parts. I held positions in Quality, Design, Key Account Sales, Industrial Director (existing site and green field implementation) and Director of Multi-site Operations. • 5 years in expatriation in India for ALSTOM/GE as Director of Operations of a design/manufacturing site of turbines and generators for hydroelectricity production. • 7 years as Director of DARAMIC Sélestat Plant (170 p). Manufacturing site of separators for lead-acid batteries (microporous PE membrane), delivered to all battery manufacturers in EMEA and South America (2nd largest factory of the Daramic Group). I just took responsability of Multi-Site Leader in nonwoven industry for 2 sites (Soultz and Biesheim), for products used for hygiene, wipes, blood filtration, face mask, agriculture. I am a leader recognized for his vision, his energy, his listening skills and benevolence, capable of running companies in complex and multicultural environments, by supporting his teams as closely as possible to get through crises, and develop them in a spirit of continuous learning and improvement. Finally, I have a strong personal balance : married for almost 25 years. With my wife, we have 3 children from 19 to 7 years old.
