How making Quality an added value for your company, serving your customers in a sustainable approach? My background: Director of Quality / QHSE on operational and functional positions on site and multisites perimeters, multicultural teams management I propose to support companies in their projects of excellence or cultural transformation in quality in order to help them adapting their responses to regulatory, customers and consumers expectation changes. During my professional experience, I have successfully led several structuring missions, such as- Implementation and adaptation of quality/QHSE organizations to better satisfy internal and external customer expectations, as well as sustainability stakes - Management and development of multicultural, local and European teams with a strong focus on customer, consumer and patient culture - Implementation and certification driving of integrated QHSE systems (ISO 9001, 14001, OSHAS 18001, 13485)- Harmonization and integration of heterogeneous quality systems between plants and entities - Management of transversal structuring projects in cooperation with the other company key functions - Improvement of operational quality performance (complaints, customer service, costs of non-quality)-Development and management of a quality policy of sourcing and industrial subcontracting in partnership with Purchasing and Operations - Management of several crises on local and international perimeters and management of the relationship with the competent authorities Pragmatic, structured, cooperative, curious, autonomous and result oriented, I appreciate teamwork where commitment and goodwill are the key contributors to achieve expected targets.
