About Marc Gumnic

I have always enjoyed building and the fulfillment from bringing a project through to execution. Starting as an apprentice carpenter doing remodeling projects established my drive to continue in the field of construction. Over the years I worked up to superintendent progressing from remodels to new home construction and small commercial projects. Eventually I decided to complete my bachelors’ degree to enter into the project manager role. I love the challenge of using my creativity, analytical, and organizational skills to bring a project to a successful completion. I believe having experience in the field and in the office allows me to approach projects from a strategic perspective that emphasizes efficiency and productivity without sacrificing quality. Starting my management role in a company that focused mostly on commercial projects offered me the opportunity of a broader construction knowledge.
