With over 20 years of work experience in various industries, I am a passionate and driven Segment Manager Motorsports at Oerlikon, a global leader in surface engineering and coating solutions. My core competencies include business development, strategy, training, and webinars for specific markets and applications, such as acoustics, food, and aerospace. My mission is to leverage my technical and commercial expertise to deliver high-quality and innovative solutions that meet the needs and expectations of our customers and partners. I enjoy working in a dynamic and collaborative environment, where I can share my knowledge, learn from others, and contribute to the success and growth of the organization. In my current role, I am responsible for developing and rolling out the strategy for the Motorsports segment across the Oerlikon organization, covering both existing and new markets and customers. I also manage business development for specific industries, such as acoustics or food, where our coating solutions can provide value and differentiation. Additionally, I conduct trainings and webinars for the Oerlikon organization on various topics related to sales, organization, and technology. Some of the skills that I use and develop in this role are vehicles, new business development, and international sales.
