About Marc Holden

Marc Holden is a licensed real estate agent in the Great State of Texas, who works with his wife and business partner as part of Tamra Holden Group, under the brokerage of United Real Estate, helping families to buy, sell and lease their homes. Tamra Holden Group is proud of their commitment to and care for their clients. They take seriously their roles as agents, advocates and advisors to their clients, walking with them every step of the way through the maze of real estate negotiations, in order to secure for them the best transaction possible. Before joining Tamra Holden Group, Marc owned and operated HoldenArt Studio, a decorative painting company that worked with interior designers and home builders in the luxury home market. He also spent several years rehabbing selling distressed properties. Marc brings 25 years of residential construction knowledge to the table, which is particularly useful in helping clients understand inspection reports and identify potential maintenance issues. Marc received his Bachelor of Science Degree at the United States Military Academy at West Point. After graduation he and Tamra married and together served five years in the U.S. Army both at home and overseas. Marc and Tamra now reside in Carrollton, TX, and are trying to convince their three grown children to move back to Texas and join the family real estate business.
