About Marc Inglis

I specialize in customer service, membership/TEAM building and collaboration, public relations and sales, all with a high level of Integrity and fairness. I have been a member of the Professional Golfers Association of America since 1987 and have made many connections worldwide that remind me how the game of golf really has no boundaries or prejudices. I have been the PGA Golf Professional at Oceana Golf Club since 1992 and until 2007 was the owner of the Golf Shop there. Since becoming the General Manager I have been overseeing the entire Golf Club operation including the Grounds Maintenance Department. I have been very creative in building relationships between customers and myself in order to forge trusting and durable business alliances. I am skilled at assessing customers' needs and desires, and delivering solutions that exceed expectations. Along with tournament operations, rules of golf expertise, management of staff, maintaining a profitable retail operation for the club, teaching the game of golf, maintaining a golf cart fleet operations, and the overall day to day operations of the golf facility, I am directly responsible for accurate reconciliation of daily play, daily deposits, record keeping and reporting directly to ownership.
