About Marc Innerhofer

I’m an Australian-trained Physiotherapist with over 12 years of clinical experience, currently based in London. My professional journey has taken me across a variety of international healthcare settings, including Australia, China and the UK, giving me a broad, culturally sensitive perspective on patient care. My main area of expertise lies in paediatric physiotherapy, with a strong focus on neuro-developmental conditions, particularly cerebral palsy. I have dedicated much of my career to working with children and their families—supporting motor development, function, and quality of life through evidence-based interventions and collaborative, compassionate care. Currently, I lead the Selective Dorsal Rhizotomy (SDR) service at a private London hospital, coordinating multidisciplinary care before and after complex neurosurgical procedures for children with spastic diplegia. This role has deepened my skills in program leadership, team collaboration, and high-standard care for international and VIP patient populations. I’m passionate about lifelong learning, clinical excellence, and contributing to healthcare systems that put children and their families first.
