In the right hands, it can make the world a better place. My passion for storytelling as a filmmaker and tech enthusiast has led me into a world of endless opportunities through digital mediums. I taught myself to code long before formal classes in MySQL or PHP existed, crafting Actionscript for Macromedia Flash, retouching photos on Photoshop 1.0, and editing videos on Mac during the analog video age. I was one of the few pioneering individuals exploring the digital realm when it was still in its infancy, recognizing its potential for telling brand stories and personal narratives that could impact the world positively. Over the next two decades, I immersed myself at the heart of the ever-evolving digital world, consistently blending creativity with emerging technology. Utilizing a Design Thinking approach, I led multidisciplinary groups of extraordinary individuals to create the best products and experiences during digital's significant milestones – always challenging the status quo. When Google didn't have all the answers, I found joy in solving complex problems with an open mind and a willingness to adapt and change. The power of digital in how we connect, communicate, and live has proven to be multifaceted. But to me, it's yet another way to shape the world into a better place.
