About Marc Joseph Berg
Marc Joseph Berg is a visual artist, art book editor, musician, and educator. His artwork includes drawings, objects, paintings, photographs, and videos, and his work has been featured in select exhibitions in the United States, Canada, and Europe. Marc holds a Master of Fine Arts degree from the Milton Avery Graduate School of the Arts at Bard College (2013). Since 2004, Marc has been a member of the faculty at School of Visual Arts in New York, teaching a broad range of courses in the Art History department and the MFA and BFA Photography and Video departments. In 2008, Marc cofounded Artist and Publisher Services with Donna Wingate to provide editorial direction and creative direction for artists, museums, galleries, private collections, publishers, and other institutions on a broad range of fine art publications. They have collaboratively edited, coedited, and contributed to numerous art and photography volumes including Helen Molesworth: Open Questions—Thirty Years of Writing About Art (Phaidon) Ruth Asawa: Life's Work (Pulitzer Arts Foundation/Yale), Art in the Age of the Internet (Institute of Contemporary Art, Boston/Prestel), Lola Alvarez Bravo: Picturing Modernism (Pulitzer Arts Foundation/Yale), One Day at a Time: Manny Farber and Termite Art (Museum of Contemporary Art, Los Angeles/Prestel), R. H.
