I am a solution-oriented leader with over 25 years of experience helping Federal agencies modernize HR operations, improve workforce services, and align technology with mission-critical goals. As a Senior Manager at GovStrive—now proudly part of the Tunica-Biloxi Tribe’s Tribal 8(a) enterprise—I oversee strategic initiatives that blend institutional insight, platform expertise, and operational precision.My career includes Federal HR, staffing, classification, and enterprise system deployment — from my early days as a Federal HR Specialist to leading transformation initiatives across USDA, HHS, SEC, USGS, FBI, FERC, and the Department of Commerce. I focus on designing and implementing scalable solutions that enhance hiring results, simplify onboarding, and integrate employee experience into every stage of delivery.Before rejoining GovStrive in 2022, I spent nearly two years at ServiceNow as a Principal Business Process Consultant, where I specialized in Employee Workflows and digital service delivery. I partnered with Federal and commercial clients to design connected employee experiences using ServiceNow’s Safe Workplace Suite, HR Service Delivery, and Legal Service Delivery. This experience deepened my understanding of platform-driven transformation and strengthened my dedication to aligning technology with operational objectives, compliance needs, and workforce engagement.At the U.S. Forest Service, I led a dedicated Hiring PMO supporting nationwide recruitment efforts, responsible for the Hiring and Onboarding Timetable (HOT) tool, operational analytics, and dashboards that drive transparency and performance. I also supported reference check automation, anti-harassment reporting systems, HR bootcamp design, and onsite hiring event playbooks—always with a focus on measurable impact and stakeholder trust.I bring a practical perspective to Federal HR transformation: helping agencies prepare for external scrutiny, meet performance targets, and deliver services with purpose and accountability.
