At this moment building with colleagues a new hospital of the future. A hospital needs to be an area in which professionals are facilitated to work at their best. The top-down structure is a contraproductive environment in the world of medicine. Production goals are an industry attitude that lacks personal approach due to reduced interaction. How can you read a patients problem in 5 minutes. How much time is needed? My goal is that hospital become centers of knowledge. The patient, the doctor, the nurse and every needed in the proces are seeking the best diagnoses and best treatment by sharing knowledge. With e-health, working with highly educated nurses, PA-fysicians and all other personel we try to solve economic problems in the new hospital approach.
