About Marc Larue

With over a decade worth of experience as an Electromechanical Engineer, my true passion is the battle against Global Climate Change. Adamant about society’s cohabitation with environment, Renewable Energy systems have been my focus since 2014. As Global Renewables Project Manager for ENGIE, the world’s largest Independent Power Producer, I am continuously improving my hands on knowledge ranging from project management, site construction management, technical engineering design, financial analysis, contract negotiation, procurement, and operations & maintenance among others. I have worked on projects at various stages of development in the United States, Canada, Mexico, Brasil, Puerto Rico, Italy, Portugal and South Africa. My career vision is to be a pioneer in the international energy transition from fossil fuels to renewable energy. Growing up as a student-athlete, I discovered at an early age that teamwork is far more valuable than individual work, and strive to bring this ideology to every workplace I enter. Always willing to learn, always willing to help, I believe that together we can create an honest, ecologically friendly energy system.
