Fintech leader and operator with 15+ years’ experience scaling complex financial technology businesses. From CFH’s growth to acquisition, to co-founding United Fintech and now leading Athena, I focus on transforming engineering-led companies into scalable, client-driven organisations. Previously served as Group CEO of CFH (now Finalto) following its $120M acquisition — a journey that shaped my approach to building high-performance teams and products with purpose. Having been part of growing CFH into a global, regulated fintech leader in its space, I reconnected with its founder, Christian Frahm, to co-found United Fintech - a platform dedicated to acquiring and scaling fintechs that serve financial institutions worldwide. I helped design and build United Fintech from zero infrastructure into a multi-product client-centric platform backed by the largest banks in the world, applying the hard-earned lessons from CFH to each business we acquired as well as building United Fintech itself. As part of that journey, I took over CobaltFX at a critical moment - a high-risk, strategic transaction that required hands-on leadership to drive the company forward, gain industry credibility, and onboard some of the world’s largest banks to our infrastructure. It became a defining milestone in establishing the United Fintech platform. Today, as CEO of Athena Systems, I lead the build-out of United Fintech’s asset management division, combining strategic acquisitions with organic growth to create a next generation buy-side technology platform. My focus is on people, strategy, and execution - building great products, empowering teams, and serving clients to create lasting enterprise value. Each chapter - from startup to scale-up, from turnaround to platform building - has taught me that great companies are built not just on products or strategy, but on people, trust, and perseverance.
