I am a Toronto-based partner and am the Leader of PwC Canada's Global Structuring Practice which includes International Tax Services, Transfer Pricing, M&A Tax and US Tax. I have extensive transfer pricing and international tax experience in a number of areas, including global business restructurings, intellectual property migration, audit defence, competent authority assistance, advance pricing agreements and transfer pricing planning. Most of my time is spent on outbound global restructuring projects for companies operating in the technology, pharmaceutical, consumer and industrial services and automotive industries. I graduated from the Schulich School of Business at York University with a Bachelors of Business Administration (Hons). I have also taught there on a part-time basis. I am CPA and CA and have completed parts I and II of the CICA In-Depth Tax Course.
