About Marc Lumer

Marc Lumer is an animation producer, children’s book writer-illustrator and graphic artist. In 2016 he launched the US branch of Green Gold Animation, which he's been heading since. He is the producer of the studio's preschool Netflix Originals smash hit, Mighty Little Bheem and of the PBS educational series Sounder and Friends. Marc heads the development of all original content for Green Gold USA. He also has extensive experience regarding India's production pipeline. Born in France, Marc spent his early career publishing comics for two of the most popular European kids’ magazines, Spirou and Tintin. In Europe, he also worked as a commercial illustrator for a variety of magazines, advertising agencies, and publishing companies and was the art director for Tintin Adventures, a high-end apparel line based on the adventures of Tintin. In the US, Marc worked as a visual development artist for Warner Bros. Television Animation, Dreamworks Feature Animation, Disney Television Animation and Sony Television Animation and collaborated with two-time Oscar winning director, Brad Bird at Turner Feature Animation. In he created the branding and advertising company Marc Lumer Design. Marc has also published 12 children’s picture books. which he wrote and illustrated. Marc lives with his family in Los Angeles, CA.
