About Marc McCormick

As the Senior Director of Global Field Operations for AEM, I lead a team of 200+ engineers across multiple regions and countries, providing back end test solutions for the semiconductor industry. AEM is a global leader in test solutions, offering Class, SLT, and ABI test handler solutions to our clients. My mission is to ensure our operations surpass our customers' expectations and deliver an unmatched, invaluable, world-class service, while meeting our P&L targets. With 15+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry, I have a proven track record of leading continuous improvements, NPI to HVM deployment, new factory fill projects, and program development. I have successfully navigated the challenges of a multi-year pandemic, the supply chain delays that followed, and the reality of restricted travel, managing to ensure all customer installation requirements were met on time, if not early, and on budget. I follow the BBS (behavioral based safety) methodology and approach to ensure continuous improvement to my operations, and I foster a family-type atmosphere and a safety-first culture in my workforce, promoting trust, open collaboration, adaptability, and innovation. I am always open to new ideas and conversations on how we can work together towards the common goal of being the best, most knowledgeable versions of ourselves.
