About Marc Mewe

Marc is change activator/continious improvement coach and Ynnovator at the Dutch Tax and Customs Administration. Prior to that he worked several year as project manager at the Dutch Tax and Customs Administration and in multiple roles at the Dutch Social Security Office (UWV). In both institutions Marc led several projects in the field of implementation of processes associated with ICT facilities. He combines project management with process- and change management. Marc is seen by many as an enthusiastic person with an eye to his environment Marc believes that things always can be done better. He is also convinced that, because everything is constantly in motion, and pace of change is accelerating, the success of a company or institution is increasingly dependent on how the organization deals with continuous change. It is his challenge to support organisations to find and implement ways to deal with these facts. From his social involvement Marc had, in addition to his work, several board positions on a voluntary basis in institutions focused on education and providing opportunities for children.
