From launching FordPass across four continents to leading EV charging ecosystems for the Mustang Mach-E and F-150 Lightning, I’ve built and scaled human-centered, tech-enabled solutions that transform how people interact with brands. Currently, I serve as Executive Director & Global Client Partner at Cognizant, helping automotive clients worldwide modernize technology, reimagine processes, and elevate customer experiences. My journey includes executive roles at Uscendant, Ford, and Mazda—leading diverse teams across North America, Europe, and Asia in CX, agile engineering, digital retail, and electrification. I’ve driven innovation across the full experience lifecycle, from design to delivery, including loyalty platforms, service solutions, and connected vehicle ecosystems.
