Hydro power plant manager for 14 years. Was fully responsible for several hydro power projects in British Columbia, both reservoir and run of river types, with both Francis and Pelton configurations. Developed life cycle maintenance and capital expenditures plans and annual Capital and O&M budgets. Oversaw all operations and maintenance, hiring of industry professionals, and developed environmental and emergency response plans. Planned and executed multi-million dollar projects on an annual basis and had a staff and contractor no lost time safety record. Manager of Production for Carbon Engineering. Leading the production team planning construction/commissioning/operating/progressing the state of the art validation plant on the Squamish waterfront. Planner - Responsible for daily maintenance and outage planning, as well as project execution for Carbon Engineering and Transcanada Pipelines. Role includes hiring contractors, ordering parts, project planning and tracking, writing maintenance SOP's, and daily use of CMMS, MSProject, and other financial software.
