About Marc Noldus

I advise on cross-border finance transactions. My specialty is financial restructuring and insolvency related matters, including insolvency litigation. I especially enjoy the many different disciplines, stakeholders and perspectives that come together in large restructurings. I am currently seconded to the Alternative Credit team at PIMCO in London, where I manage and advise on distressed situations, restructuring, and direct lending. I am quick to understand clients’ needs and deliver level headed and concise advice. My work highlights include advising: the agent and ABL lenders on the recapitalisation of Accell Group Credit Agricole on the restructuring of McDermott International Steinhoff on two landmark restructurings concerning multi-billion euro debt and shareholder claims Haya Real Estate in relation to a restructuring and recourse position towards a Dutch parent entity the CoCom of secured creditors on the restructuring of Van Gansewinkel's syndicated debt facilities the lenders on new financing for the distressed Dutch department store Vroom & Dreesmann the lenders to the project financing of the IJmuiden sea lock project in Amsterdam RBS in its defence in an arbitration in relation to the demerger of ABN AMRO
