I'm a bilingual Talent Acquisition Director at LG2, the largest independent creative agency in Canada, with over 5 years of experience in HR and recruitment. I hold the Predictive Index and PPA Accreditations, which enables me to conduct behavioral assessments and provide insights on candidates' strengths, motivations, and fit. My mission is to offer candidates a work experience that reflects LG2's values, to contribute to the rollout and success of our employer brand, and to build a strategy to attract the right talent to support our recruitment needs. I lead, deliver, and coordinate all aspects of full-cycle recruitment efforts, collaborating closely with hiring managers and the People and Culture team. I excel at engaging with candidates from diverse backgrounds, ensuring effective communication and fostering inclusive hiring practices. I also provide advice and guidance on candidates and process options, champion employment branding efforts, and own the end-to-end talent acquisition process.
