About Marc Punzalan

I graduated with a degree as a Bachelor of Science, major in Information Technology and started my internship way back 2014 for Future Now Ventures. Future Now Ventures is a venture-capital company and I worked in the Marketing department, handling all the marketing materials for companies under its umbrella. I also did content creation for Fiverr as a side-gig (in order to test my mettle on the market) by offering web content writing services and was able to earn a decent amount as well as merits from satisfied customers - but the experience I gained was truly the most important aspect of it!Around a year, I decided to expand my wings and grow more into the Information Technology space - that's when I decided to work for RCG Global Services as an IT Consultant. I was assigned to the Insurity Project as a Forms Support Specialist, which allowed me to work with international clients and get recognized for my achievements and great performance. Insurity is a company that handles Insurance systems and software for all the major insurance companies and brokers in the U.S. I was later on given the opportunity to lead my team and our very own Central Processing Department (CPD). With my superiors recognizing my achievements, I also fulfilled the role of a senior Data Analyst and was marked as a Subject Matter Expert (S.M.E.). I was eventually given "Star Performer" awards for 2-consecutive months and had received over a hundred kudos and praises from both my peers and our clients. This all went on for a total of 7 years while I trained as a Lean Six Sigma yellowbelt and now I am ready to move to the next opportunity with the next amazing company.
