As a transformational leader at Puget Sound Energy, I oversee a dynamic team that responds to emergencies, delivers critical customer work, and ensures compliance and construction operations across a massive territory serving customers. With miles of pipeline and a multi-million dollar operating budget, the stakes are high — and so are the expectations. I lead 10 Gas First Response Supervisors who manage field teams of 15–25 professionals. Together, we serve one of the most diverse and demanding geographies in the Pacific Northwest, executing with speed, safety, and precision. One of my proudest initiatives has been helping lead the multi-year rollout of a Materials, Tracking, and Traceability Solution for all gas assets — a highly technical system that brings sub-foot accuracy and 24/7 mapping capabilities to every underground asset in our network. I partnered closely with field teams to drive adoption through OCM and clear, sustained communication. The result: field crews now have instant, real-time visibility into gas infrastructure, greatly enhancing operational safety and reliability for our teams, customers, and the public.
