About Marc Rosenberg

I am a shareholder at Lee Smart, and concentrate my practice primarily on civil litigation. My primary practice areas are defense of claims involving employment law, construction law, collection law, insurance law, professional liability, and general liability, both in the trial courts and courts of appeals, and in state and federal courts. I have received an “AV” rating from Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory, which is its highest rating. After attending Arizona State University, I graduated cum laude from the University of Miami School Of Law in December and have worked at Lee Smart since 2001. I am currently licensed to practice law in all courts in the State of Washington, the United States District Courts in the Western District and Eastern District of Washington, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, and in the United States Supreme Court. I am a member of the Washington State Bar Association, have authored published articles, and been named a Rising Star on a number of occasions by Washington Law & Politics magazine.
