About Marc Rullo

I'm an accomplished Senior Project Manager and qualified Engineer with extensive experience in delivering and maintaining energy and utility infrastructure projects in the energy and water industries. While at Beca, I supported Melbourne Water through Water4Good as the Project Manager for the North East Link Project, providing technical support. I also served as a Senior Planning Lead through BFHI (Beca) at South East Water’s Integrated Planning Department, where I conducted feasibility studies and multi-criteria assessments while leading a multidisciplinary project team. Additionally, I was seconded as a Project Manager through CH2M Beca to Greater Western Water, managing the early feasibility of future asset expansions, including dams, pumping stations, and water mains. At Aquatec, I was responsible for overseeing odour control systems projects for key clients, ensuring all project functions aligned with budget, schedule, and Aquatec’s processes. This included successfully managing odour control systems projects valued up to $10M for clients like Sydney Water and Cleanaway, managing a team of multidisciplinary design and project engineers, and ensuring all project functions were carried out within budget and according to the project schedule. I have led and worked on high-profile projects for Jemena through roles including Integration Lead, Project Engineer, Facilities Engineer, and most recently as Project Manager for the $15M expansion project of Jemena's Roma North Compressor Station. I've demonstrated effective Stakeholder Management through the successful preparation of key project approval documentation for an array of key external stakeholders, including Government, landowners, and Aboriginal groups. I have a thorough knowledge of energy utility infrastructure and demonstrated this as the Integration Lead responsible for the handover of Jemena's $150M Atlas Pipeline and Compressor Station to the operational part of the business post-construction.
