Marc Spizzirri is a highly accomplished Senior Executive and Entrepreneur with more than 35 years of success in business start-ups, retail automotive, commercial real estate, and varied other industries. Leveraging vast experience in building, developing, and managing an impressive and diverse range of businesses, Marc is a versatile leader with a comprehensive business skill set who can help established companies going through change, growth, and expansion, as well as create national brands and expand operations on a national scale. His areas of expertise include startups, business development, sales and marketing, enabling successful corporate culture, team building, negotiations and dispute resolution, staff development, communication, customer satisfaction, and P&L management. Marc currently holds the position of Senior Managing Director with B.Riley Financial, bringing his automotive experience to a top notch firm handling complex business situations. Marc earned BSL and JD degrees. He attended Thomas Jefferson School of Law and the University of Pittsburgh. In addition to the boards of his own companies, Marc has served on an impressive number of non-profit boards, including the Boys and Girls Club board, the LA Intercity Games, Hollenbeck Police Business Council, Orange County Sheriff Commission and sat as Trustee for the two schools he co-founded. Throughout his career, Marc has earned an impressive number of awards and recognitions, including several President’s and Chairman’s awards from global car manufacturers, he was an Ernst & Young "Entrepreneur of the Year" finalist, The Passkey's Foundation "Ethics in Business" Award recipient and his businesses were recognized by many civic leaders for both their performance and contributions to their communities.
