Very strong experience in financial product development and sales globally and particularly in APAC. Very high focus on innovation across asset classes in investment solutions, financing solution and more recently advisory for hedging solutions. High technical expertise to design the products with both the trading groups to ensure their hedging methodologies and the sales groups to ensure their marketability. Very driven by excellence and scaling up asap successes on new products (by automation or by geographical expansion or asset expansion) Many products in the industry now were done first by the teams that I managed or worked with (asset management products with Lyxor, financing to fund of hedge funds in credit facility format, hybrid multi asset investment products, variable annuities and fixed annuities solutions, quantitative indices.) Beyond the hard work of one, the most important is to have an efficient complementary team very engaged in innovating and delivering. The mindset is (almost) everything and I always assemble teams and work in a way to aim for collective excellence (and fun!)
