About Marc Schiener

With nearly 20 years in the cybersecurity industry and over 2 years as the Technical Director of DACH, I lead Sales Engineering, Solution Sales, Technical Partner Management, and Customer Service Management. My journey in IT Service Management has been incredibly rewarding, allowing me to help people realize the potential of products and services, setting them on the path to achieving great things. I am a people-person, having spent several years as a professional IT Technical Lead in developing and operating managed security services for enterprises at Atos - Big Data and Security in different roles. A few years ago, a fortunate event inspired my transition into Service Management, and I haven't looked back since. I thrive on finding opportunities to work smarter and more efficiently, ultimately making the partnership more valuable for both my customers and partners. Developing these partnerships is a fantastic process, and I feel privileged to play a significant role in it. This year, I have the honor of serving as the Chairman for the European Technical Council, a role that further allows me to contribute to the industry's advancement and collaborate with some of the brightest minds in the field.
