I have more than 25 years’ experience in the Deals and transaction market, bringing forth a broad industry background such as Energy & Utility, Health Industries, Industrials & Services as well as Real Estate. Presently, I serve as the Deals Platform Leader at PwC Switzerland, leading a dedicated team of 250 professionals in Switzerland. Our team is committed to advising clients on transaction and transformation-related business matters with the aim of creating and realizing value through services such as M&A, valuation, modeling and analytics, due diligence, and transaction structuring, as well as offering pre- and post-deal services. Furthermore, I support PwC Advisory through my role as COO, ensuring that our business strategy is efficiently executed to drive growth, foster innovation, transform our delivery model and optimize productivity while shaping a performance-driven culture. I believe in leveraging the individual expertise and personalities of team members to achieve optimal outcomes for clients and team members alike. It is my responsibility to ensure we have the right culture, people, and skills to surpass client expectations. I am passionate about developing my team members, focusing on both professional and personal growth. I promote trust and transparency by encouraging critical dialogue and providing open, honest and considerate feedback. In my current roles, I offer thought leadership in the Energy, Power & Utility sector and provide insights on transactional business and sustainability issues, leveraging my experience as the sustainability leader at PwC Switzerland. I enthusiastically engage in discussions about current challenges and opportunities in the era of Digital Transformation, drawing upon my background as COO and former CDO of PwC Advisory.
