From concept development and prototyping to validation, manufacturing, and sustaining engineering, I’ve contributed in hands-on and strategic ways—often stepping in where support was needed most. My experience bridges design, testing, research, regulatory, and systems-level work, allowing me to connect the dots across disciplines and move projects forward efficiently. I've worked in fast-paced small organizations, clinical incubators, and consulting environments—each requiring me to adapt quickly, wear many hats, and take ownership of key initiatives. I’ve led end-to-end development efforts, coordinated multi-stakeholder teams, authored technical documentation, and driven process improvements across quality-critical environments. Whether guiding design direction, managing cross-functional collaboration, or filling technical gaps, I bring a pragmatic and resourceful mindset to every role. In all my work, I emphasize quality, continuous improvement, and impact. I come from a family of engineers, and from an early age I was taught that if you’re going to do something, do it right. That mindset still shapes how I approach every challenge—whether I'm designing a fixture, validating a system, or supporting a team under pressure.
