I am a Marketing Project Manager Assistant at L'Oréal, the world's leading beauty company, and a Master in Management student at ESSEC Business School, one of the top-ranked business schools in Europe. My core competencies include digital marketing communications, product development, and media planning. In my current role, I lead and participate in various projects related to product development, content creation, and campaign coordination for YSL Beauté, one of the most prestigious and innovative brands in the luxury beauty market. I also conduct market analysis and reports to support strategic decision-making and competitive positioning. I leverage my skills and knowledge in digital marketing to create engaging and effective content and campaigns for various platforms and channels, such as e-retail, CRM, and social media. I collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, such as agencies, R&D, communication, and retail design, to ensure alignment and consistency across all touchpoints. I am passionate about the beauty industry and its potential to empower people and create positive social impact. I am eager to learn from and contribute to the L'Oréal team, and bring diverse perspectives and experiences from my academic and professional background.
