Marc Warshall FCPA is an experienced CFO and currently holds the position of Finance Director at Creature Technology Co, the extraordinary group behind the animatronic creatures for 'Jurassic World: The Exhibition'; the arena spectaculars ‘Walking with Dinosaurs’ and ‘How To Train Your Dragon’; the giant mascots from the 2014 Winter Olympic Games Opening and Closing Ceremonies; and 'Skull Island: Reign of Kong' at Universal Orlando Resort. Over 15 years of industry experience, the last 5 at an Executive and CFO level. Passionate about leveraging his past experience to lead and support organisations through periods of extraordinary growth. His passion extends to building and leading teams to empower organisations to grow exponentially while delivering fantastic stakeholder outcomes & customer satisfaction. He is a fervent and experienced negotiator leading creative and business stakeholders to drive win/win negotiating outcomes. He is also an advocate of customer focussed behaviour and outstanding customer service. These skills rely heavily on his interest in human behaviour and psychology to achieve positive and lasting results. Outside of work, Marc spends most of his time with his young family and their friends. His hobbies include bee-keeping, all-grain brewing, Krav Maga and all things whisky-related. He is active in his community, is co-manager at community foodbank 'Nourish' and holds several voluntary positions. Marc is a graduate of Monash University holding degrees in Bachelor of Business (Accounting) and Bachelor of Business (Banking & Finance). He is a Fellow of the Williamson Community Leadership Program administered by Leadership Victoria.
