I am a Solicitor, specialising in NHS Property Management. In my primary role, I head up a fantastic team at EFM Consulting where we provide quality Estates and Facilities Management consultancy and Micad IPR Training and Consultancy services to all sectors. We are proud to offer the following range of services: GENERAL SERVICES: We are specialists in a number of areas- NHS Estates and Property Management Support and Consultancy- Occupancy Agreement Auditing and Action Planning (Formalisation of your Estate)- NHS Premises Assurance Model (PAM) Training and Project Lead- Compliance / Audit and Inspection Guidance, Support and Preparation- Planned Maintenance auditing, advice and support- Comprehensive Space Utilisation Studies; MICAD RELATED SERVICES: EFM Consulting are proud to be a Micad Implementation & Support Partner and the Approved Training Provider for all aspects- Approved, expert Training on the Core IPR and associated Modules from a front line, practical perspective- Implementation, Project Management and Population - Core IPR and all associated Modules- Consultancy in all Micad related areas from system setup and configuration to retrospective auditing, optimisation and tailoring- Occupancy Agreement data extraction and input (Lease and Licence / Terrier Modules) to ensure that key information and dates are not missed- Comprehensive System Auditing and Reporting. My secondary role is Partnership Creation, Business Development and Pilot at Eden Flight Training, based at Teesside International Airport.
