About Marc White

Marc has more than thirty-five years of leadership experience building private banking and wealth management businesses. Marc served as President & CEO of ETHIC, A Wealth Bank. Prior to ETHIC, Marc served as Vice Chairman of J.P. Morgan Private Bank and Chair of the New England Market Leadership Team. Marc joined J.P. Morgan Private Bank in 2005 and was responsible for starting and growing the wealth management business and leading a team of sixty professionals in delivering solutions relating to investing, tax and estate planning, family office management, philanthropy and credit. Prior to his tenure at J.P. Morgan, Marc served as Executive Vice President and Managing Director of Fleet’s Private Client Group, responsible for Fleet’s National Sales and Client Development. He also managed the firm’s Product Development Group, Wealth Strategies Group, and Middle Market Institutional Sales. Before joining Fleet in 2001, Marc spent sixteen years at Credit Suisse First Boston, rising to Managing Director of the New England Region. Marc currently serves or has served on the Boards of the Boys & Girls Club of Boston, The Peabody Essex Museum, The Governor’s Academy, The Trustees of Tower School, The Keewaydin Foundation, and the Wang Theater. Additionally, Marc currently serves on the Gala Leadership committee for the Breast Cancer Research Foundation’s Leadership Council. He previously served on the Parents’ Leadership Council for Brown University’s Annual Fund and co-chaired the Parents’ Council for Brown University’s Sports Foundation.
