About Marc Wynn

I've always had a passion for property and an appreciation for beautiful homes and architecture. Prior to joining Gary Peer and Associates I was the owner and operator of a successful synthetic turf supply and installation company where I managed all aspects of the business. Prior to that, I had an extensive career in hospitality as a Restaurant Manager working in fine dining restaurants and resorts across Melbourne, Hamilton Island, Brisbane and London. I thoroughly enjoyed the fast paced work environment alongside a diverse group of colleagues and guests and believe that the knowledge and skills I gained along the way have definitely prepared me for a successful career in real estate. I pride myself on being a trustworthy, genuine and gracious person and attribute my success thus far on my good people skills. I believe that establishing strong and genuine relationships and working cooperatively with both clients and colleagues is essential to delivering exceptional outcomes. I ensure I am always open minded, and have a huge appetite to learn and am open to new ways of thinking, testing, learning and trialing new practices and ideas, I don't wait for things to fall in my lap, I'm a go getter and will always go above and beyond to generate leads and achieve the best outcome for my clients. I also value honesty and integrity in both my professional and personal life and believe consistency is key.
