I am a very strong leader who has an open door policy. I listen to the employees because they bring to the table new and exciting ways to get to the end product. Since, I was 18 years old I have made life and death decisions. I started my career in the Fire Service on November 22, 1975, where I obtained two college degrees. One in Fire Science and the other in Paramedic EMS Management - how to treat a patient. I also had seven (7) state of Florida certifications. I have spent 41 years in the Fire Service or behind the scenes writing programs and designing new innovated equipment for the fire service. I have seen first hand the devastation when a fellow firefighter succumbed to their injuries during their oath of office. Every one of us placed our hand on the bible and swore to protect, defend and serve our country and/or community at all cost."I, Marc E/ Klein, do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter.
