Below I have a few sentences about myself. We will probably share some common interests. In my current position of my profession BIM, digitalization and process management I work at the Vienna Airport. I am educated in civil engineering and I have several years of experience in IT software development for construction software. Thereover it was possible to work on digital solutions for the BIM method. I have completed certificates in project management, which includes several certificates for Agile, classical PM or hybrid solutions. The PM methods combine the elements of civil engineering and IT, which makes me a valuable force in the digitalization of the building sector. I have managed projects in timber, steel and concrete construction, e.g. a hotel, a kindergarten or industrial buildings or jobs for well-known clients like Opel, Deutsche Bahn, the US Army or 1.FC Kaiserslautern. Another element of mine is I have always been keen in developing myself. In Agile you would say crossfunctional. I hold sports/health licenses and worked as a trainer in clubs and in an elementary school, and volunteer for projects, including board positions in sports management and politics. In politics - I was involved in foundation of parties/initiatives, elections and movements - in sports - I have built up youth groups, organized sports events/festivals/camps, participated in a club merger and a consolidation. As you can see, I am full of surprises, which gives me an innovative, creative and versatile facet. Allow me to share. I have gone through crises in my life. And every crisis helps us to see, and align ourselves on our path. Yoga and Agile have helped me find the path of my heart. I am very grateful for that! I now know what I want. To make Digitization accessible and bring everyone collaboratively together to make the market more efficient, sustainable and recyclable. In my opinion, an open mindset, for instance Agile, is elementary to this. And that requires a lot of change management and empathy. I love thinking out of the box and moving ahead and supporting my project teams to perform highly. And that's what characterizes me and what allows me to do a good job as a manager.
